JULINE FOUNDATION FOR CHILDREN

Empowering Young Dancers to Flourish

ABOUT JFC

Spreading the Magic of Dance

The Juline Foundation for Children is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization devoted to providing a safe space for all children who want to perform and explore self-expression through dance. Our non-profit foundation helps children ages 4-18 build confidence through dance classes offered in multiple styles and ranging from introductory to pre-professional. Their exposure to music and movement culminates in a series of seasonal performances in educational institutions and youth organizations throughout Modesto and greater Stanislaus County.

Our Youth Dance Programs

Minds-in-Motion-Primary-Logo-White.png

Our eight-week arts education outreach program visits schools that don’t have access to formal instruction and introduces students to the world of dance. This approach is proven to increase academic engagement.

OUR PROGRAMS

Soaring-Stars-Primary-Logo-White.png

Students from Minds in Motion showing an interest and aptitude for dance are offered a chance to explore more in-depth areas of dance and performance through our Soaring Stars program.

The Juline Regional Youth Ballet is an audition-only pre-professional company designed to provide serious-minded dancers training and opportunities for a professional career in the dance industry.

Visit Our Events

Throughout the year, Juline hosts and participates in fundraisers, performances, and events from our beloved Holiday Follies and Minds in Motion shows to theater week performances and recitals at the Gallo Center for Performing Arts.

These events are not only an opportunity for our students to showcase their hard work, they’re what helps us maintain our foundation

Support Our Mission

Since opening over 20 years ago, tens of thousands of students have passed through our programs, many moving on to thrive in the professional dance world. Others carrying the confidence they found through dance with them forever.

As a non-profit organization, this wouldn’t be possible without the continued generosity of our wonderful sponsors, individual donors, local businesses, and volunteers. Thanks to their hard work and support, we’re gratefully able to continue being a safe and positive space for young dancers.
